The i9 Sports Site Manager is a hands-on role responsible for managing the game day operations and the on-field customer experience at venues holding youth sports leagues, including Flag Football, Soccer, T-Ball, Lacrosse, Basketball, Volleyball, and Cheerleading.

i9 Sports Site Manager Requirements:

• Superior customer service skills

• Must possess a valid drivers license and own vehicle capable of transporting large objects (SUV or Truck preferred)
  
• First aid and CPR certified (this can be completed after hiring)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

As a youth sports official you will not only serve as the enforcer of the rules, but will be a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field coach, and an advocate for the our programs. We are looking for high energy, fun, reliable and service oriented people to officiate basketball games. All games are on Saturdays (morning and afternoon) or Sunday (afternoon only). Choose one or both days, it's your choice! Previous experience is a plus but not required.  You must be able to pass a national background check, have general knowledge of the sport(s) you choose to officiate, and enjoy working with kids ages 3-13.

About the Job: Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Volleyball Instructor is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players, coaches and parents. The Volleyball Instructor will lead practice and games providing expert instruction in our 7 to 13 year old age range. The i9 Sports Volleyball Instructor is a responsible, well organized, motivated individual who will drive the development of each athlete they coach by providing age-appropriate instruction, teaching good sportsmanship, and creating a fun atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and provide leadership that results in raving customer experiences. The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skills levels.

Coaching experience is a plus.  All candidates must possess strong communication skills.  We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience working with customers have a leg up on the competition.   

This is a part-time position that requires weekend work.  All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check and will be required to become first aid certified.

Candidates must live within 20 miles of the Arlington/Mansfields area, be 16+ years of age, and have reliable transportation.
